Disappointing presentation and content
My first impressions weren’t good. I hadn’t expected this to be so small, it’s little more than a pamphlet. To add insult to injury, the contents are in a very small, sans serif font which makes it quite difficult to read, despite the double spacing between lines.
As for what’s written, it skates over the subject without going into necessary detail. The redeeming feature is that it at least considers business-wide issues rather than recommending a sounds-good marketing promise that the business will find hard to deliver.
USPs are a special interest of mine and I’ve read many of the books written about them and the underlying issue of how you differentiate a business.
