Focuses on better marketing along the three ways to grow a business
This is a good, practical book to help you to find ways to increase profitability by better marketing. If you’ve read much by Jay Abraham or Dan Kennedy, the contents of this book will be very familiar.
It is structured around Abraham’s famous three ways to grow a business model:
1 – more customers
2 – who spend more when they buy
3 – and buy more often.
This is a very effective way to look at growing the business and is used, in this format or a close derivative by many business coaches, including me. It works and takes the pressure away from the standard solution of more and more customers.
The book is written with a refreshing, take no prisoners attitude but it’s quite short. Once you understand the structure of the approach, a book like Instant Cashflow: Hundreds of Proven Strategies to Win Customers, Boost Margins and Take More Money Home (Instant Success) gives you many more options to consider.
