The 30 minute Business SOS is available for free to owners of a business based in the UK. (There is also a 2 Hour Business SOS which has a fee.)
This page is for people who have read the Business SOS Introduction page which explains the benefits.
It has two purposes:
- It will help you to solve simple, straightforward issues which we can do quickly.
- It acts as a “try before you buy” service if you want a longer intervention but you’re reluctant to make a commitment.
Can I switch from the free 30 minutes Business SOS to the two hour version?
Yes. If you change your mind before our session, email me and pay the booking fee (see 2 Hour Business SOS). Please try to give me at least 24 hours notice because I do more preparation work for the 2 hours sessions.
If you decide you want a longer session during the free 30 minutes call, it may be possible to extend that call but it might not depending on whether I have another 30 minute call scheduled.
If I have the time, I will ask you to commit to a paying the booking fee of £60 immediately after our call (with the second payment of up to £240 due when you are happy with the results). One or two additional sessions can be booked on the same basis. Longer coaching arrangements may be available but it does depend on your business, your situation and our personal chemistry.
Instead of extending the free call, we might have to schedule a second call on another day and you’ll be required to pay the booking fee in advance.
How can I get a free Business SOS?
It can start with a quick, simple email to me at email@example.com explaining why you feel stuck and that you’d like a Business SOS. Please make it clear that you’d like the free 30 minutes version.
What happens next?
I will reply to your first email with follow-up questions and a few suggested days for us to talk.
The 30 minutes goes very quickly and I want to give you the maximum help I can. This means that the more I can get to know about your business and your situation before we talk, the more we can focus on what you need to do to get unstuck.
Very occasionally a business owner has emailed me and refused to provide sufficient details for me to help or prepare in advance. Since I don’t want to waste your time or mine, if you’re very brief or evasive in what you tell me in answer to my follow-up questions, I may withdraw my offer. I can assure you that everything you tell me is held in the strictest of confidence.
