This is an informative, quick read written in easy to understand language and makes a nice primer for any very small business.
At only 71 pages including a pitch for his venture at the time, SuccessTrack, it does not go into much detail but you will find practical tips in the following areas:

Referrals
Testimonials
Why you don’t need a sales team
How to dominate your market
This was given away free during his business launch and as a short book, I rate it at the 4 star level. Just don’t expect this book to turn you into a multi-millionaire.
