What Is A Struggling Business?

I’ve designed my business to help business owners who are struggling.

That begs the question…

“What is a struggling business?”

It’s one that is performing at a level below the business owners realistic expectations and desires.

The business owner (and his or her family) is having to make sacrifices in the way they live their lives.

“Is a struggling business a failing business?”

Possibly.

As I discuss in the article below, business failure doesn’t necessarily mean a public bankruptcy.

>>> What Is Business Failure? What Does Failure Mean?

Many times, someone will start a business, struggle and give up and either return to the world of employment, become unemployed or start a different type of business. The owner covers any business losses but more often, the profit isn’t high enough to justify the pleasures of “being your own boss.”

If your business is within a few weeks of collapse

If your business is in serious trouble, I’m not the right person for you.

My clients tell me I’m very good but I can’t work miracles.

I work with clients on a no win, no fee, you get paid first basis for my business coaching.

However my working time is limited so I only work with clients who I believe have what it takes (in themselves, in their business and in their market) to turnaround.

Working with clients below that level has bad consequences for me:

  • I don’t get paid.
  • I feel a failure when I can’t give the help desperately needed.

I wish it was different. I wish I could do miracles because I sometimes find myself having some very sad conversations.

What does this mean to you?

If your business is struggling, I urge you to get the help you need before it’s too late.

I may not be the right business coach for you.

However I believe that if you take action in time and you’re both open-minded and committed, you can change the future of your business.
