Disappointing: Not What I was Expecting
I like the idea in the book that a new venture is a love story between the dream and the reality.
The theory of constraints is a look at what lies in between.
Strangely the book is based around the five stage model of grief – but in reverse.
Sadly I feel the book loses its way. It’s not particularly easy to read and I thought it was quite dull.
One huge problem is that it didn’t relate back to Goldratt’s theory of constraints which was totally contrary to my expectations given the title of the book.
I gave up at the end of the second section, or in kindle terms, at 31%.
I had high hopes of this book but I’m left disappointed.
