Help! I’m Stuck: How To Manage Your Mind, Defeat Distractions and Create Confidence

In my review posted on Amazon.co.uk, I gave the book a 3 Stars rating.

Here is my book review.

Disappointing

I feel the book gets a little lost at the start.

While it aims to help you get unstuck, it drifts into parenting advice about building self reliant children. Sensible advice but not on point.

In fact, I feel the book needs better editing. It makes some important points but I feel focus is lost too often.

2 or 3 stars? A kind 3. It’s not a bad book but it’s not a book I can recommend.
