In my review posted on Amazon.co.uk, I gave the book a 1 Star rating. This means it is Very Disappointing.

Here is my book review.

Very hard to read.

I’m beginning to think it’s hard to write well about customer value, value propositions and similar topics.

This is quite an intellectual look at value propositions, not so much in structure and analysis but in language. Sorry, I think it’s catching. The book isn’t written in nice, simple, sentences and paragraphs. It’s not easy to read.

I read your to the 30% level in my kindle version and I’d highlighted extremely little to note which is unusual for me. I then flicked through the rest.

I saw little to encourage me to dip back in and when I did, the language and writing style irritated me.

Life is too short. I accept I’ve wasted my money.
